Token Distribution
The initial and maximum supply of $RB tokens is 100,000,000 (100 millions). The initial $RB supply is also its final supply. No more $RB tokens will be ever minted.
All $RB tokens will be pre-minted and distributed gradually over a period of five years according to our predetermined allocation and token emission schedule, governed by the vesting smart contracts.
The choice to launch with ongoing public issuance is based on our vision to continually align our ecosystem growth with expansion into new markets, new partners, new ecosystem applications, and other demand drivers, rather than concentrating token supply in the hands of early whales.
Token Allocation
Our Token Distribution plan is as follows:
5% of total supply is allocated to Public Sale.
1% of total supply is allocated to Private Sale.
45% of the total supply goes to Community Incentives, including but not limited to ecosystem rewards, engagement and participation incentives, growth, and other relevant incentives.
10% is allocated for Marketing initiatives, including rewards and bounties programmes, airdrops, etc.
15% is reserved for Hey Re:born team.
14% of the total supply is allocated for Treasury, including but not limited to the usages of operating expenses, growth fund, development, etc.
5% is allocated for Strategic Partners and Advisors
5% is allocated for Liquidity
Vesting & Lockup Schedules
At TGE, there will be a total of 5,150,000 (5.15 millions, less than 5.5% of total supply) $RB tokens unlocked through various allocations.
